Enabling Contact Center

Navigate to your project

Open your project dashboard.

Select Contact Center

Find the Contact Center app card and click on it.

Enable the application

Click Enable Contact Center to activate it for your project.
Contact Center only needs to be enabled once per project. After activation, you can configure settings at any time.
