You must enable Contact Center for your project before configuring WhatsApp.

Setup Steps

Open Contact Center settings

Navigate to your Contact Center dashboard and select the Settings tab.

Enable WhatsApp channel

  • Go to the Channels section
  • Find the WhatsApp option
  • Toggle the switch to Enable

Configure credentials

Enter your WhatsApp Business Account details:
  • App ID - Your WhatsApp Business Account identifier
  • App Secret - A valid access token for authentication

Next Steps

Once configured, you can:
  • Start receiving WhatsApp messages in Contact Center
  • Assign conversations to agents
  • Set up automated responses and workflows
