You must enable Contact Center for your project before configuring Telegram.

Setup Steps

Open Contact Center settings

Navigate to your Contact Center dashboard and select the Settings tab.

Enable Telegram channel

  • Go to the Channels section
  • Find the Telegram option
  • Toggle the switch to Enable

Configure your bot token

Enter your Telegram bot token details:
  • Bot Token - Your Telegram bot token obtained from BotFather

Next Steps

Once configured, you can:
  • Start receiving Telegram messages in Contact Center
  • Assign conversations to agents
  • Set up automated responses and workflows
  • Configure bot commands and quick replies
